Psychotherapist, I gave his suggestion a lot of thought, and was inspired by the idea I might help others to get through the things I have been through.
This is why I decided to get myself trained up as a Psychotherapist, to enable me to help people going through some of the things I have.
Being a Psychotherapist enables me to understand how to help people with life issues, that are causing distress.
A Psychotherapy one to one meeting allows the individual to share their problems.
The Psychotherapist is trained to listen and be non-judgemental.
All meetings and conversations are held in strict confidence.
This gives the client the confidence to talk about how they really feel, about their inner most thoughts
